Any ONE: GIDC/Industrial-area allotment letter or possession certificate; outside estates — registered land deed or land-conversion certificate; mining — mining lease permission; rented — rent/lease agreement.

Environmental Clearance (EC) + EIA report if applicable
If your project falls under the EIA Notification of 14-09-2006. See the 'EC vs CTE' guide if unsure.

CA certificate of capital investment required
Chartered Accountant certificate showing capital investment with bifurcation, without depreciation.

Layout plan (with ETP write-up) required
Factory/plot layout including the Effluent Treatment Plant write-up with flow diagram.

Manufacturing process write-up required
Process description with flow chart — products, raw materials, utilities.
F
Common facility membership if applicable
CETP / TSDF / common incinerator membership, where applicable.
G
EIA report (investment > ₹250 Cr) if applicable
Required when proposed investment exceeds ₹250 crore for projects where EC is not applicable.
